January 17, the Day of the 552nd Anniversary of our National Hero George Kastrioti Skanderbeg was commemorated yesterday evening at the Martin & Mirash Ivanaj Foundation, New York – Tirana.
We commemorated Him with the novel “THE RISE OF ISKANDER” written by two Times Prime Minister of United Kingdom of Great Britain, BENJAMIN DISRAELI with friends, intellectuals, readers, diplomats and former diplomats, writers, poets, musicians, sculptors, historians, politicians, analysts, scholars, to whom we are all united by the name of our hero.
Thank you Drita Ivanaj, Executive Director and Founder of the Foundation for giving us this golden opportunity to get together at the premises of the institution, which I do consider “A Jewel in the Middle of Tirana”, and present the third episode of serial presentation: “The Anglo Americans for us, the Albanians ”
