Asllan QYQALLA eshte Kordinator i “Gazeta e Alpeve” per Sanxhakun e Nishit, njiherit edhe i zgjedhur kryetar i Shoqatës Shqiptare MbarëKombëtare të Muhaxhirëve të Sanxhakut të Nishit, shkrimtar, veprimtar, studiues e publicist, i cili eshte editor dhe i faqeve “Sanxhaku, Nishi e Lugina e Presheves” te kesaj gazete rajonale, panshqiptare e nderballkanike.
